you should be able to get a minimal client (just ra_svn, not ra_local or
ra_dav) with just subversion, apr, apr-util, and possibly apr-iconv.
for ra_dav you would need to add neon (and i don't know if that would
build on os/2) and for ra_local (and a server, svnserve, svnadmin, and
anything else that accesses the repository directly) you'd need berkeley
db (again, don't know if that works on os/2).
