well, versions are:

svn client / server: 0.21
OS: mdk linux 9.1
apache 2.0.45

i have no hooks.

Did the hooks on the repository side change? Are there hooks?

And, as always: What version of svn client and svn server? What OS?
Did you upgrade anything?
