libsvn_client article, part 1

just wanted to let people know that oreillynet just published my first
article on using the libsvn_client library in your own applications.
it's a little out of date (targets version 0.20.0), but i think
everything in there is still relevant for those of you out there who
are interested in using the subversion client libraries in your own
code.

the second half of the article should follow in a few weeks.
