He's asking because it looks very much like the "." dir in the
repository changed between your initial "svn status" and the "svn
status -u"
Please see if you can reproduce that commit failure (I couldn't).
About the "trunk" stuff, that should be explained with Phillip
Martin's second email; don't worry about it anymore.

Just go ahead and see if you can reproduce it yourself. Chances are
high you'll notice anything that might have been missing. If you don't
and we still can't reproduce it, then it would be nice if you gave
full steps to create a new repos, populate and manipulate it as
necessary it to evoke the bug.
