Missing svn_private_config.h

Hi all,

I've been testing out the dsp generators, and they're going great, so far.
I am using MSVC++ 6.0 on Win32 w/ Platform SDK against head.

So far, I am getting an error due to the fact that it can't find
svn_private_config.h. After a little investigating, I discovered that the
dsw does not reference svn_config.dsp, which generates the two necessary
files for Win32 compilation.
