The old libsvn_fs.dsp was one, the old mod_dav_svn.dsp was another.

    * mod_dav_svn doesn't build
    * most of the test programs are missing
    * apr-iconv is missing
    * the .exe files don't contain version info
    * win-tests.py needs to be taught about the new build location

That's just off the top of my head. I haven't had time to really dig
into the scripts yet, which is one of the reasons I'd rather not remove
the handwritten ones at this time.
