Yup. The repository is hung again, same way as before.

I'm taking it down now and going back to BDB 4.0.14 :-(. It should be
back up by this evening, Central U.S. time.

We can investigate after that; maybe there was some change in BDB
usage that we didn't notice... (?). We'll see.
