I think this description matches that ickiness that happened long ago
when we set svn:eol-style to 'native' everywhere. Remember that?
IIRC, the repository had CR-LF, text-base had CR-LF, and working files
had LF, which caused those files to show up as modified in 'svn st'
and as massive eol-swap diffs in 'svn diff'.
