remote user can't checkout my repository?

Both users are using WinXP, I'm using SVN 0.20.0, and my friend's using
0.20.1, I can use svn fine locally, but my friend can't checkout the
repository. My config is:

Apache/2.0.44 (Win32) PHP/4.3.0 SVN/0.20.0

When my friend tries to checkout the repository, he gets the following
error:

svn: RA layer request failed

svn: could not fetch directory entries

svn: PROPFIND of /svn/!svn/bc/21/oe/trunk/include: Could not read chunk
size: Li

I've done a trace route on it using Ethereal, it's a 30KB text file, I'll
post it if I need to.

I'll be great if someone knows what is wrong with this.
