Dale,

Rather than updating these files (your past two patches), please do the
following:

C:\WHATEVER> python gen-make.py dsp

That should create a file in the top-level named "subversion_msvc.dsw".
Please try using that workspace and the related .dsp files which are placed
into ./build/win32/msvc-dsp/

I would much rather fix the generator than continue to patch these stupid
files.

You can change the templates for the .dsw and the .dsp files at
build/generator/msvc_*.ezt
