svn rev 5530 fails on diff_tests.py 12

I'm getting these messages from manually running diff_tests.py:

% cd subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/
% ./diff_tests.py
WARNING: Test driver returned a status code
PASS: diff_tests.py 1: update a file
....
....
PASS: diff_tests.py 11: don't diff file marked as binary type
subversion/libsvn_client/diff.c:1344: (apr_err=160013)
svn: Filesystem has no item
svn: 'file:///export/home1/blair/Code/Subversion/s/subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/repositories/diff_tests-12/A/does_not_exist' at rev 1 wasn't found in repository.
FAIL: diff_tests.py 12: svn diff errors against a non-existant URL

What's with these "Test driver returned a status code" messages?

I'm on RedHat 9!!! if that makes a difference :)
