automatic svn:keywords question/wish

I use RCS keyword substitution very extensively in CVS and would balk
at having to manually set the keyword property for each file in
subversion. Is there anyway to automatically set they keyword
property based on say the MIME type (when adding/importing)? If not I
think there should be, and perhaps such a feature could be generalized
to be even more useful (eol-style, ?). It would also be nice to be
able to 'fix up' already added files en masse, this could probably be
done easiest with a Python script.
