It has never worked...since I started last night with my first ever
install of subversion I have never been able to checkout a whole
tree consistently. I have killed the repository and created it
again, I have tried 3 versions of subversion but always with
apache2.0.44 and still no luck at all. Always these dumb checksum
errors. I have rebuilt apache more than 5 times and it seems I have
tried every trick in the book. I cannot understand where the
problem is coming from and why I am the only one having it.

Microsoft is not the answer, it is the question.
The answer is NO!
