Ah, that's the CVSWeb interface. Subversion is no longer kept in CVS,
it's self-hosting. Look at
<http://subversion.tigris.org/project_source.html> for details on how
to fetch it.

[Perhaps the CVSWeb interface should be turned off? You can browse
the current repository, so what is the old one still there for?]
