Subversion repository expert in the DC Metro area?

Hello,

My company has been using Subversion for some time now to manage our
repository. Recently, things have become more complicated and I suspect a
complete restructuring of our repository and how we use it will be required.
I'm looking for an expert in managing source code repositories and
subversion in the DC area to consult for a few hours on this project.
