Happened to me when working on the JNI bindings first (very early
version with SWIG). Finally I just didnt have enough time to deal with
all of it. I believe its pretty pragmatic to use CLI for quick results
but your eyes open for the advance of the JNI team. Would be good if
the apis were close to each other.
