RapidSVN / Subversion 0.20

This week subversion 0.20 was released. This release will be our
"reference" for development until
the next release of subversion. Minor changes to the rapidsvn
code have been submitted.

So if you want to build rapidsvn you have to download the 0.20
subversion sources.
The easiest way to do this is to download the tarball at the
subversion download page
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList
