Yeah. The real issue is that we need some regression tests for the
dumper/loader. Which is issue #810 -- not huge, but not a trivial
task either, and needs to be fit into a milestone like anything else.
I've moved it from Post-1.0 to Beta.

In the meantime, the likelihood of finding another dump/load bug two
days from now is no higher now than it was before today, so I'd say go
ahead and make 0.20.1.
