SWIG Python Bindings Against HEAD

Well,

After over a week without a Windows machine, I finally have a brand-spanking
new monster to continue my quest for Python bindings.

I have a zip file with the Python libs compiled against current HEAD and
Python 2.2. Email me if you would like a copy. I also have one huge
monster diff file (1756 lines) to patch against HEAD to make everything
compile.
