Well, probably not, so I redid everything. Especially I noticed that I
had two python directories:
/home/subversion/lib/python2.2/site-packages -> old
/home/subversion/lib/svn-python/svn/ -> new

Somehow the naming changed. I don't know why.

After deleting the old directory and setting up my python path
correctly everything seems to work as expected.
