No, it isn't. And we shouldn't propagate that meme. We use DeltaV, but I
seriously doubt that a DeltaV client will be able to interoperate with SVN
right now. Yes, we'll get it fixed, but it isn't on the priority list for
the 1.0 release.

DeltaV is specified by RFC 3253, not 3256.
