I just looked over the changes since the 0.19 branch and the only other
revision that seemed like it should go into the patch release was
5269. The rest can probably wait for 0.20.

And while I'm talking about 0.20, why don't we push the release date for
that release to 2 weeks after 0.19 and adjust the following release
dates accordingly. I'd be happy to do that if no one has any objections.
