[PATCH] recommend a vim plugin for XML

From: Brian Denny <brian_at_briandenny.net>
Date: 2003-03-12 03:33:00 CET

(I've only used this plugin for a day now, so i'm not ready to say it's
the greatest thing since sliced bread; but it's a heck of a lot better
than nothing, which is what we were recommending before.)

Log:
Recommend a Vim ftplugin for XML editing.
