You need to be a magical 'project owner' to access the servlet button
which runs 'svn up' on the tigris server. I'll do it.

(Of course, once tigris.org is running the latest Sourcecast (with
 integrated svn), the mere act of committing to '/project/www' will
 cause an update on the server. :-) )
