+1. I absolutely agree. When people are confused by the merge
syntax, I always say: "it's very simple: you must provide two
sources and a target."

I think the only reason the word "TARGET" appears in the current 'svn
help merge' output is because it was trying to be consistent with so
many other subcommand docstrings. For example, 'svn cat', 'svn rm',
and many, many other subcommands operate on a list of "targets".

But in this case, I think it's fine to break one kind of consistency
to achieve a different kind.
