DSP generator

I just noticed that Greg Stein had already integrated template support
for the dsp generator, so I don't need to do this :)

I was gonna do something with XSLT but what's in now looks good.

In response to your question about VC6 and whitespace / CRLF, it is very
very picky about this. If it encounters the wrong whitespace or a LF at
the very least is will refuse to load the project but in some cases it
will crash VC6.
