Request for Development

This is an informal RFP-type document, but I do have a need for
development, and I am curious as to whether any of the Subversion
developers would be willing to help.

I currently work for the University of Minensota Human Rights Library
(http://www1.umn.edu/humanrts). We utilize Dreamweaver MX and 4 for our
web-development. We have about 10-15 different individuals all
contributing to our website. The biggest nightmare is version control
when one user overwrites another.

Dreamweaver MX has the ability to do such version
control(http://www.macromedia.com/support/dreamweaver/downloads/scheaderfile.html).
  However, we do not have the technical resources to develop the
requisite dll and have it integrate with subversion and Dreamweaver.

I am curious as to what the cost would be to pay an individual to do
such work. At the very least, we are tax-exempt, so you could get an
in-kind donation ;).
