Sorry for quoting myself ...

Feeling like a 100% newbie I apologize for my first posting. I was so
amazed of the completeness of doc/svn-doc.chm file that I didn't realize
the file W32notes.txt.

Of course, copying the libdb40.dll to apache2/modules/ solved the problem.
