Nope, Inno can't. But a script in packages/win32-innosetup/tools/ will
take care of it (it's currently altering the file
packages/win32-innosetup/svn.iss wich Inno use when compiling the
setup).
I'm already working on this so Inno will read the version info from a
spesial file (the same way as it does with "paths_inno_src.iss").

I finish it and commit it within one week. After that, it will not be
more of "upgraded to 0.xx.xx" for svn.iss.
