Seriously, if Dale wants to take charge of the SWIG bindings on Windows,
I wouldn't dream of interfering. Quite the opposite!

Dale, welcome aboard. It's filthy and hot work, and the Captain likes to
have a few people flogged every other Sunday -- just for entertainment,
you know -- but the scenery is the best in the world! :-)
