Diff problem in 0.18 win32 release?

I just downloaded the latest Windows self-install version and
installed.

In a project with considerable edits I've run 'svn diff' and got the
following error after two files were fully processed (judging by the
output). If I run 'svn diff --diff-cmd d:/usr/local/wbin/diff.exe' I
get complete output (diffs for all 7 files).

(Btw, are options available for diff?)
