Well, I know that reading an svn repository is still an experimental
feature of the latest ViewCVS, but surely we need to explain
*somewhere* how to play with the feature, no? This isn't top-secret
information.

It can be in a README somewhen in ViewCVS's source, or if not, we can
mention it somewhere within svn's docs -- in INSTALL, or a Book
appendix, or something. What's the best place?
