I have no idea what patches you would need. I don't think I've
tweaked those patches in a while, so the versions on the above site
should be reasonably close to what you'd need.

Should. I use BDB 4.1 here without any problems. Just pass the
--with-berkeley-db argument to configure.

Heh. I do. Sabi does. Fitz does. Garrett might. Fred prolly
does. There are probably more people running a Subversion server on
Mac OS X than Win32. =-)

If you don't use jlibtool, I would highly recommend using fink's GNU
libtool. They have a bunch of patches to make it work. And, the
stock libtool 1.4.3 is available with some Darwin fixes as well. I'm
not sure if a stock 1.4.3 is enough though. -- justin
