Yes, I was logged in. Just tried again. It says "Logged in as julianfoad" at the top, and I didn't leave it idle for more than a few seconds. Can't even see my own issues though - nothing listed when I click "My Issues", and no results when I "Site Search" for "julianfoad". There should at least be one issue and several e-mails. I'm sure on the day I filed an issue that "My issues" worked: it listed my one issue then.

It looks like I need project-specific permissions on top of the general Tigris account that I have. I saw someone else on this list was advised to request the "observer" role. Is that what I need, and if so, may I hereby request it?
