Where is mod_dav_svn.so???

OK... I build Apache 2.0.44 in /opt/apache2 with shared modules enabled and
mod_dav included.

I build the latest svn from the repository, telling it to point at
/opt/apache2 (ie --with-apxs=/opt/apache2 and --with-apr-utils=/opt/apache2),
there are no complaints. I do make install. I get a working svn client, but
no trace anywhere of mod_dav_svn.so. It simply isn't built, and I've no clue
why not. :(
