I don't think so, because (I sincerely hope) we are not using HTML for e-mail. I failed to find an example in the mailing list archive, due mainly to inadequacies of the search engine :-( )

I'm using Mozilla's HTML text editor, and letting it convert to plain
text when sending the message. Works like a charm.
