ANN: TortoiseSVN-0.5.1

Due to some bugs in version 0.5 which prevent a daily use of TortoiseSVN
we release version 0.5.1.
If you have installed a previous version of TortoiseSVN then please deinstall
it first, reboot (so the shell releases the lock to the dll) and install the new
version.

If you find any bugs in TortoiseSVN please report them first on the mailing
list (dev@subversion.tigris.org) before filing issues. That way we can ask
for further information if needed and sometimes also tell you that the bug
you report already got fixed :)
