lib_svn_delta library - Well done guys

To whoever is interested

I have been playing with the svn_delta library as the basis for a simple
GUI file diff. (AND IT ROCKS). I have also mangled diff_file.c into a
diff_line.c to do single line comparisons too.

So, with a little GUI magic, I will produce a simple file diff (that
shows both block differences and single line/char differences) with very
little effort.

I just wanted to jot this down as a well done to whoever has put time
and effort into lib_svn_delta
