Wow, you are so right. That really shouldn't be so hard to set up,
either. Some people are already running autobuilds, sending output to
the `svn-breakage' list.

Is anyone doing a regular ra_svn check? Does anyone want to?

Somewhat orthogonally:

What if we should change `svn-breakage's to be "don't email if
everything passes, only email if something went wrong"? (Of course,
recipients could do such filtering with their mail clients, but it's
easier not to have to.) If silence is golden, then we'll all notice
when something makes a noise.

Also, the subject lines of `svn-breakage' mails don't indicate which
RA layer passed or failed 'make check'. Right now, they look like:

   Subject: svn rev 28790: FAIL (i986-pc-linux-gnu shared)

But perhaps this:

   Subject: svn rev 28790: FAIL (ra_svn, i986-pc-linux-gnu shared)

...would be more useful?
