Announce: Yet Another SVN Gui Project

Not perfectly satisfied with the approaches of the other Gui projects for SVN
we have created another: svn-up (pronounced seven up)
While we are hoping and waiting that collab.net provides project space
on tigris.org we have provided an initial home page at http://www.qint.de/svnup.html
There we have the source and a screenshot.
