Heh. Turns out Chia-liang Kao submitted this exact patch on Monday,
it just hasn't been applied yet... Will do so now.

I'm unfortunately not set up to test cvs2svn.py right now, because of
SWIG lossage locally (my machine nearly crashed just trying to compile
SWIG 1.3.17, don't ask), but we know the current code can't possibly
work, so the patch couldn't break anything that's not already broken.
Please let us know if you discover any problems with it, though.
