Oh, ick. There are lots of reasons that the SSL certificates may not pass
OpenSSL's muster. It should be a fatal error until the user explicitly
specifies it as 'okay' by placing the proper config values in the server
config file.

Asking for manual approval every time is unreasonable. -- justin
