Internal merge... PASS ;)

Hi,

The test suite now passes (rev 4633) when using our internal
merge code instead of calling out to diff3. I would welcome
some people to do some more testing ;).

There is still work left to do on the diff lib, but this is
an encouraging start.

To experiment with it switch subversion/libsvn_wc/merge.c to:
http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/issue-405-internal-diff/subversion/libsvn_wc/merge.c
