Not to push it, but I think #773 (PROPFIND memory usage) should be a
target for 0.19. Any release meant to address 'scalability problems'
that allows common read-only operations to swell httpd to ~200MB+ is
troublesome.

I obviously can't dictate to anyone else where they should spend
their time. I will keep trying to refine my patches and eventually
getting it to pass 'make check.' Even then, it is obvious that
getting things to pass 'make check' isn't sufficent because of
different memory models by different OSes that I don't have access to.

Getting this on our release radar might promote some assistance.
Perhaps other people can come up with a better solution than the path
I'm currently going on (taking a hacksaw to libsvn_fs's pool usage).

This issue is so troublesome because it touches so much code. --
