[PATCH] for issue #946

Hi,

I was looking at issue #946 back in the start of this month. Finally
here's the patch as suggested by Ben Collins-Sussman.

And no, I haven't used most of the month putting this singleline patch
together ;-) I've been quite busy at my day job and haven't had been
that eager to sit down at a computer after getting home from a long
day in front of one.

I hope to return and do some more (hopefully more extensive)
Subversion work in feburary, when we've passed the deadline giving me
those long hours at the office.

Fix issue #946.

* subversion/libsvn_ra_dav/props.c
  (svn_ra_dav__get_baseline_props) Added descriptive error message
  to the svn_error_t returned when trying to access something not
  part of a repository.

Patch: Attached since I think my mailer (Evolution) breaks the long
lines.
