 No it doesn't. You need to rebuild berkeleydb with vs.net, since
 there is a different runtime between the two versions. See the
 recent thread about Crash in import

I have been building subversion with VS.NET for about 6 months now, against
the provided Berkeley binaries on the file download page. It worked fine up
till 17.0 - what changed?
