 My advice to admins would be to dump/load if they want all
 their storage checksummed, not just the mods that occur after
 the upgrade to 0.17. If they don't care that much, they can
 just wait until a dump/load is necessary (schema change, or whatever).
 

In case folks who are reading this thread haven't been reading all of
the other threads (and I can't blame you). We currently have at least
two known pending schema changes. Issue #1003 and handling renames in
the changes table being one, and the repository UUID being the other.
Neither of these have been committed to trunk as of yet.
