Would anyone else use such a feature if it was added to the svn client?

I've been wishing for this recently. What I end up doing is running svn
diff in one window, and svn ci in another. Of course, I tend to be a
little anal about commenting my commits, so maybe people who didn't care
so much would find it an inconvenience.

I'd love to see something like this as an option, as someone else
suggested already.

Be well,
Zack
