It's still a separate issue. These problems are related in lots of
ways, but the PROPFIND code path is infinitely messier because of the
interactions between httpd, mod_dav, mod_dav_svn, and libsvn_fs.

I wanted to get this one off of my plate before thinking about #773
again.

I was able to run 'make check' against my earlier patch for #773 that
decreases the PROPFIND case (down to about ~13MB from ~110MB for 400
files), but it didn't pass. So, I probably need to back out some of
those changes - finding out which ones is insanely tedious. -- justin
