In the future, please don't publicize that link. Instead, point at:

In httpd-land, we *need* people to use our mirrors for downloading. We
don't have enough bandwidth to serve releases directly from our server.

Note that I don't think we've updated download.cgi for 2.0.44 as Sander
is/was drafting the release email this morning (err, night or whatever it
is in .nl)... -- justin
